I think some catalogues don't mention one of them...
Just like the 1998 edition of the 7th volume -part 2- of the Yvert & Tellier catalogue that just mentions it once as the Zimbabwe #197, perf 14x14,5 - year 1990.

Having a look at those two stamps (sorry for the quality of the scan), we can see the the perforatings are differents:
First one: 18 vertical teeth and 21
horizontal ones.
Second one: 19 vertical teeth and 22 horizontal ones.
Now, we also observe that some stamps have a legend that is bolder than on others:

New date of issue on the rotatives ? Ink-addition ? Re-entry ?
That's it... Simple constatations for you to pay attention to your Zimbabwe or Rhinoceros collection !!!
