First Day Cover with a rhino in its lower-left corner. Complete series of 6 stamps. Date: the First of june 1959. Location: Bandung. This cover hasn't traveled: there's no destination address on...
It's not the same with this second cover. It has traveled from Tegal, Indonesia, to Zürich, Switzerland. A precise look at the cancellation shows that it has been posted on the same 1st of june 1959. It's a pity there's no transit- or arrival-mark: this cover shows a handwritten "Sea Mail", but Switzerland is a country that has no shores !!!
The question is: is it possible that this letter was sent from Tegal when the First Day event occured on the same day in Bandung ...?
