Ron Blicq

Praticien de la communication technique, Ron Blicq a été nommé membre d’honneur du CRT pendant l’assemblée générale du 19 janvier 2002 pour son approche de la communication technique.

Cette approche consiste à apprendre aux ingénieurs et aux techniciens à communiquer par écrit et à quantifier les progrès effectués.

Auteur de plusieurs livres sur le sujet, Ron a également suscité la création du groupe de communication technique PCS (Professional Communication Society) au sein de la puissante association d’ingénieurs IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).

During its jubileum general assembly (10 years existence on 19 January 2002), the French technical communication society CRT (Conseil des Rédacteurs Techniques) named Ron Blicq its fourth honorary member.  The French technical communicators wanted to thank him for his original approach to technical communication, which consists in training engineers and technicians, and in monitoring their progress.  Ron also wrote several books on the subject. He has been an active member of the Administrative Committee of PCS (Professional Communication Society) within the powerful IEEE.
