Is a house with a surface of 34.21 square metres, in conformity with
current legislation.
It comes on kit form, is transportable and stands on a concrete slab.
THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR FACING
Is in 80 mm thick polyuréthane foam panel.
- The ceiling Is of the same thickness.
- This choice of materials enables impeccable ckeaning and a high degree
of comfort under large differences in temperature, both hot and cold.
- Sand coloured finish on exterior and white on the interior.
THE ROOF
Is in steel decking with a plastisol covering (200U)imitating canal
tiling in different colour, slate, brick, green or white, on a wood
or steel frame. It is completed by a ridging which provides ventilation
under the roof.
