Telephony today:
According to international Union of telecommunications (UIT), number of subscribers on telephone passed in the world, since 1990, of 530 million to a little more than one billion in 1998. According to the Institute of audio-visual and telecommunications in Europe (Idate), receipts of equipment manufacturers and services operators passed from 500 billion dollars to more than 1000 billion.
" All vocal
communication will pass on mobile phone "
Jukka Bergqvist, director of Nokia
Telecommunication
Portable telephone is for much in this take-off of market with an increase in sales of 55% on the only French market, which brings number of users in hexagon has more than eleven million. In 1999, France Telecom (Itinéris) holds 95% of operators market in France. Its principal competitor is Cegetel (SFR), subsidiary of Vivendi, which aims to become n°2 telecommunications in France. This economic sector in full rise gathers not only telephones and their accessories, operators, but also exchanges, antennas relay, satellites...

New orientation of mobile telephony passes by space. More than 500 spacecraft will be launched from here to 2003 in order to satisfying request for communication in various fields, bus into 2006 networks will transport 90% of processing data. Networks are called Iridium with 66 satellites, Globalstar with 48 satellites, or ICO (new system of Inmarsat planned for the year 2000). |
Electromagnetic fields ?
Development of mobile telephones gave place to interrogations with regard to their possible harmful effects on health. The World Health Organization (WHO) was harnessed with problem and thus comments on the effects of radio frequencies fields (RF) emitted by mobile telephones and their basic stations:
" According to certain reports, the exposure to fields RF of low intensity, more weak to cause a heating significatif , would have disturbed electric activity of cats and rabbits brain by modifying mobility of the ion calcium. This effect was also announced in fabrics and insulated cells. |
|
Other studies imply that RF fields could modify speed of proliferation of cells, disturb activity of enzymes or act on cells DNA genes. These effects are not clearly established, and their incidences on man health are not sufficiently well understood to justify a limitation of low intensity RF fields exposure. |
(...) However, with appearance of apparatuses such as mobile walkie-talkies and
telephones, one realized that very few studies had been interested
in the question of an exposure located to RF fields in the head and neck part.
(...) In response to these public fears, which share of many governments, the World Health
Organization (WHO) launched international Project CEM (Champs ElectroMagnétiques) to
evaluate biological effects and possible medical risks of an exposure to the
electromagnetic fields. More than 40 countries and six international organizations
currently take part in this project. "
First studies :
According to
studies' carried out recently and raised by review "LANCET ", exposure
of brain hemisphere concerned (according to the position of mobile telephone) to an
electromagnetic field of radio frequency, has as an indirect effect in a rise in the blood
pressure: hypertension.
The crystals liquid
which make majority of posting screens on our portables are not either without dangers.
They have a helicoid structure so much resembling to our cells DNA, that polarized
vibratory energy which escapes from it is in phase with DNA molecules of our chromosomes
and put them in resonance.
This molecular excitation on a vital support as significant as the DNA is all the more
dangerous since it more directly relates to zones close to the transmitter of telephone :
brain, of which hypersensitive parts which are pituitary gland (secretion of many hormones
of which the growth hormone) and the hypothalamus (regulation
of hunger, thirst, sexual activity, sleep-awakening, thermoregulation).
Alain Lambin Dostromon alerted opinion about effects of crystals liquid here are now
twenty years. These effects can appear, inter alia, in form of psychic
disorders, cephalgias, giddinesses,
of nauseas, depression, or
asthenia.
Electromagnetic
waves emitted with a few centimetres of oral cavity bring an energy making it possible to
separate components from a dental amalgam. A dental amalgam, or leading, consists of
silver (35%), tin (9%), copper (6%), mercury and zinc trace especially (50%). This last has direct effects on our immune system, our
fertility and our central nervous system.
Big Brother :
In 1948, the USA and Great Britain sign a secret agreement of co-operation for electronic information. Exact content of this agreement is not known. Community UKUSA (United Kingdom - the USA Security Agreement) indirectly gathers Canada, Australia and New Zealand, but also Germany, South Korea, Japan, Norway and Turquie.
The European Union in collaboration with the FBI began a vast project from
telephone monitoring in 1991. During meeting of the Ministers for the Interior of
Brussels, pertaining to group TREVI (Terrorime, Radicalism, Extrémisme, Violence,
International, created in 1976 to fight against terrorism within the EEC), November
the 29, and 30 1993, a resolution is adopted, in order to " compare the needs for the
Member States of the Union [ Européenne ] and those of the FBI " and to extend
co-operation " for practical reasons " to third countries, the
territories associated with network ECHELON.
At the beginning of the Eighties, ECHELON, world inspection network of
telecommunications, electronic téléreproductions (fax), network (e-mail) which forwards
by communications satellites, and transmissions on the networks short waves, were created
by National Security Agency (NSA), in collaboration with New Zealand, Canadian, British
and Australian organizations. This planetary network monitors satellites like Inmarsat or
Intelsat, intercepts communications containing of the key words, even if those are oral,
thanks to software ORATORY, and compiles information like names, addresses,
telephone numbers, addresses internet, etc., in computer files. Information corresponding
on preset criteria or subjects is automatically transmitted to interested agency.
Most important station of ECHELON network is located at Menwith Hill (United Kingdom). It counts some 22 terminals for satellites and is also receiving station of electronic recognition satellites. |

February 4, 1997, the American federal administration officially adopted the
standard of encoding of the Clipper Chip. This encoding adopted jointly by the
White House and the NSA, is intended to return " listening " portable
apparatuses to numerical technology (standard GSM), thanks to a key making it possible
" to easily break " the algorithm of encoding. The same principle is applied to data transmissions under the
name of Capstone Chip.
One can also locate a correspondent and follow his movements
(even if this one uses several numbers of subscriber thanks to smart cards
différentes) by intermediary of an identification number specific to the apparatus
itself (International Mobile Equipment Identification - IMEI), and this just by
fact of engaging portable. The Iridium network makes it possible to locate an subscriber
in a radius of 1 000 m.
It is also possible to activate remotely and at will the portable telephone of an
subscriber, if his apparatus is in mode " takes care ", by means of a
code.
Conclusion :
Telephone mobile is instrument has to use with parsimony, as much by doubts which persists on its harmlessness with respect to our health (and which will still persist after the results of studies undertaken by WHO being given considerable sums which are in plays), that by the total disrespect of article 12 of the universal humans right Declaration of :
This text was ratified by the United States and Great Britain the year even where they signed agreement UKUSA... It should be specified that the NSA is not held to respect a law as long as it is not specified in the known as law that this one also applies to the NSA.
