Wordnet online :
WordNet is an on-line lexicographic dictionary developed by George Miller and his colleagues at Princeton University. We have constructed a semantic network in FramerD out of the definitions in WordNet and added information extracted from Roget's 1911 Thesaurus. This combined database is used in much of our work in natural language understanding and information retrieval. Its basic elements are objects called synsets representing a word meaning shared by a set of synonyms and connected to one another in chains of generalization and specialization relations. This demonstration allows you to begin browsing our version of WordNet by starting with a few words and and exploring concepts related to them.
