Shipping costs :

Registration costs US$1, I recommend registration of all items ordered, if you prefer that the goods are sent via unregistered mail, no responsibility is accepted in case of loss. A proof of shipment will be provided.

There are various options:

1)Cheaper Airmail postage (protected by folded paper card):

For 1st phonecard ordered shipping cost is US$0.85, each additional phonecard ordered cost US$0.35

+ registration cost US$1

2)Airmail with special packaging (in padded envelope) for maximum protection:

Packaging costs US$0.85 for up to 50 cards

Packaging costs for larger quantity of phonecards is higher & will depend on number to be sent as well as which method of packaging is used.

+ Shipping costs of first 5 cards is US$2.50, each additional phonecard shipping will cost US$0.35

+ registration costs US$1

3) Surface mail (protected by folded paper card): Shipment by this method can take from 2 months to 5 months to arrive to destination depending on countries.

For 1st 2 phonecards ordered shipping cost is US$0.25, each additional 4 phonecards is US$0.25

+ registration costs US$1

4)Surface mail with special packaging (in padded envelope) for maximum protection: Shipment by this method can take from 2 months to 5 months to arrive to destination depending on countries.

Packaging costs US$0.85 for up to 50 cards

Discounts

-Anyone from and referring to WPD gets 5% off (additional to the ones below).

-Anyone buying over $100 gets 10 % off.

-Anyone buying over $200 gets 20% off.

- Discounts are counted on sale prices of stamps, FDC etc, not packaging, postage, & registration, nor on insurance cost.

Payment methods accepted

1)Payments by postal money orders in UK£ Pound Sterling only from the following countries are accepted United Kingdom, France, South Africa, India & Italy.

2)Bank drafts or bank`s money order in US$ or Euro €. A bank fee of US$4 is asked for payments by these methods.

3)Cash, a risky method accepted only if you can`t use the previous methods mentioned or because the amount is too small to cover the costs. You will have to take precautions when sending it. I can offer suggestions to reduce risks of loss of cash on request. I accept cash in US$ or Euro. Other currencies will need my approval.

4) By credit card using Allcards auction`s money transfer system but only for small sums, that is not more than US$20. It will only cost you 3% of the amount to be transfered.

Payments by bank drafts or money orders are to be made on my full name. Joseph Wong Keng Yuen. Postal money orders, Bank drafts & cash should be sent in registered letters, much safer, to my home address, 22a Tamarind street, Roche Bois, Port Louis, Mauritius. For payments by international postal money orders no additional fee is asked.

Terms and Conditions

Exchanges & Returns

If the goods you purchased don`t arrive in the conditions described when you ordered, you are to first notify me by email immediately or by fax if not possible by email via my US fax number 775-719-6276 which will forward it to my secondary email account, then after I have responded to you, you can return the item that is not according to description on your order, and I will then replace the item with another or another comparable value item if the same is not available. If you are not interested anything else to replace the item you are not satisfied with, then I will refund your money excluding shipping costs. If you can`t contact me by either of the two other methods then you may either use my telephone number or send me a message via my postal address. See my address & telephone # below

Policy in case of loss shipment.

I recommend sending by registered mail all items ordered.

If your order was shipped unregistered no responsibility is accepted for lost shipment. I will show you a certificate of posting proving that the item was shipped.

If your order was shipped by registered mail, a compensation will be given to you after an inquiry has been made through the post office, the amount as compensation will be what the local post office offers, not more than Euro15 or if your order was less than that amount, what ever it is under that amount. But you will have to wait 2 months, as it will take around that time to get a result from the post office, if the post office takes more than that time to get results, I will either send you the compensation value in the collectible/s you ordered or in cash in a registered letter if nothing is available that interests you. But if the compensation is lost ( by misfortune, I will not replace the compensation. I will show proof of shipment of the compensation)

Insurance is available for only some countries. Insurance is suggested for large orders.
