You could use two tiles only, then add a solid color to the tables I've put the text in. Personally I think the different patterns create an artistic element.

Clip Art I use is from purchased graphics CD's for the purpose of graphics making. I resized the image and added a border to match the border around the table. If you have a favorite piece of clip art and a paint program, you can order tiles to match your image. This page is an example of using tiles to match a graphic. The seamless image tiles are not from a graphics CD, but personally made by myself.
