These are the pictures of my trip to Oslo (30 and 31.05.00)


This is Karl Johan Gate, the Norwegian  "Champs Elysees", you know french are chauvinist... so this is the TINY "Champs Elysees"


The flat of the king, in a very violent and poor suburb, surrouded by ugly factories and shopping centers :o)
Really : the king doesn't lives here !

The monolithe, a huge colomn in Vigeland parc, made of 121 characters.
 
I have visited two museum in Oslo, let's begin with The Kon-Tiki museum. A museum dedicated to the work of Thor Heyerdahl, this ethnologist that wanted to prove that population of earth are linked together.

Thor Heyerdahl and one of the boat he has built in Papyrus, RaII, with which he crossed the atlantic ocean to prove that the Egyptians discovered America !
 

I have also visited Munch museum, painter of the end of the 19th century, beginning of the 20th.

The harbour, it's really nice : old boats, Cafés...a place to go ! A lot of little boats leave from there to the islands surrouding Oslo and to the museums
