Residential Kinesiology Courses in the S. of France
Five day Course on allergies and food Sensitivities
The Academy
of
Systematic Kinesiology
(France
)
A holiday with a purpose. The aim is that participants should learn, but also have time to practice, relax, or explore the area. The courses are held in the mornings between 9.30 and 1.0pm, and the afternoons are left free. All meals are included except on the day off, when breakfast and lunch are included but the evening is left free to give students a chance to try one of the many local restaurants.
The course is arranged so that the first two days are spent learning about the digestive system and basic muscle testing techniques.as well as other useful tests. The success of future tesing rests on this. We finish with a demonstration on testing for allergies, food sensitivities and nutritional deficiencies.
There is then a day off. Students are free to practice on each other and to relax or explore the grounds and surrounding area.
The final two days are spent learning about and practicing various testing techniques to find food sensitivities, intolerances and allergies. You will learn how to find hidden and systemic sensitivities as well as which individual organs are being targeted by allergens. You will also learn how to de-sensitise the body and eventually resolve the problem.
Lessons are from 9.30 - 13.00, followed by lunch.
Afternoons are free.
Allergies, allergy courses, food sensitivities, food allergies, nutritional deficiencies
If someone has a true allergy they will experience an immediately noticeable reaction. Because they are so onvious, they are easy to detect. Much more subtle are food sensitivities, which may go unnoticed for years; With no dramatic change in energy or mood and no obvious symptoms, they go on year after year, leaving the person wondering why they feel so unwell.
Sensitivities can produce a feeling of being tired all the time, and cause many apparently unconnected symptoms, such as headaches, muscular aches, thrush and Candida problems, eczema, asthma, skin complaints, hay fever as well as digestive upsets.
Allergies and sensitivities occur in people who have lowered immune system, and reactions are due to the invasion of the body by incompatible proteins, either through breathing them in, through the skin, or through the Gastro Intestinal Tract.
The seeds of the causes are often sown very early in life - either before birth, whilst in the womb, at birth, and at the crucial time of weaning.
The solution is usually simple. Removing the one or two foods to which the person is most violently sensitive, and a régime of re-building the immune system.
Muscle testing can help someone find out what it is that is holding them back from radiant health.
- Learning how to test muscles correctly
- Learn the 8 muscles related to the digestive system
- Discover hidden sensitivities
- Discover if a substance is having an extreme reaction which is switching off muscles and adversly affecting the testing
- Discover if eating too much of a particular food is adversly affecting a person
- Test for common foods
- How to amplify the effect of the food when testing
- Learn ways of helping the body to adapt to the foods which affect them
- Find alternatives to foods which adversly affect
- Practice on each other. Practice sessions intersperse with demonstrations and theory throughout the course
- Looking further - finding the causes
- Different ways to resolve the problem, including a thirty second allergy cure
- Demonstrate that enzymes, vitamins and minerals can help people overcome sensitivities.
