Desserts
The dessert is the moment awaited by everyone.
We appreciate fruits, we mixe them, we add to them some sugar, dry fruits and we sprinkle them with liqueur.
Powdered with iced sugar and covered with fresh cream (parvé), they finish your meal.
(Currently there is a kosher whipped cream which can be used after having a meal accompanied by meat or chicken).
MELON SURPRISED for 5 people
1 banana
200 g of grapes
25 g of nut
25 g of almonds
10 g of dry grapes
1 spoon of rum
Caster sugar
4 mint sheets
Take a beautiful melon. Cut the cap top and empty melon. Rinse the grape and cut out bananas in discs. Add the pulpit of melon, nuts, almonds and the drygrapes. Sprinkle rum and powder with sugar. Fill empty melon, add mint sheets and deposit the cap of melon.
* Put it in the refrigerator and in order to be served quite fresh.
PINEAPPLE SORBET for 4 people
1 large pineapple
100 g of sugar
1 spoon of rum
50 cL of water
mint sheets
1 package of vanilla
Remove the skin of pineapple and cut it in small pieces. Boil water with sugar and vanilla. Add pieces of pineapple which you will let cook until they softened. Wait until the preparation cools then pass it to the blinder. Add rum. Pour everything in a mould and put it in the freezer. Let it harden.
Serve them by forming balls which you will add mint sheets.
* A dessert is well appreciated by hot temperatures days, or after a meal accompanied by meat.
EXOTIC FRUITS SALAD for 6 people
1 mango
3 fresh figs
2 kiwis
1 pineapple
200 g of litchis
50 g of caster sugar
2 spoons with rum soup
Take the fruits, remove the skin and cut them in pieces. Put everything in a salad bowl. Powder with sugar and sprinkle rum. Serve it very fresh.
