  • 9 ILS engineers (staff multiplied by 3 in 18 months) covering ILS/LSA, training, tech. pubs and RM&T

  • 1 Support Programme Manager covering the Through Life Support (TLS) contracts of the company (£2M budget per annum)

  • 1 analyst for "components obsolescence".

Head of department role: resourcing management/recruitment, appraisals, training plan for the department, and so on

Responsible for all the support (ILS and TLS) bids/proposals for Thales Avionics Ltd including the negotiation of the following support contracts: Australian FSTA, TopFlight Satcom for A330/340, A400M, ...             support bids value per annum: £10M

ILS Manager for all the financial ILS Work Packages (£15M),

 THALES representative face to the end user and prime customer (MoD, Westland, EADS…) wrt all the support obligations/contracts,

Obsolescence Manager for Thales Avionics Ltd and put in place, since January 2005, a team to build up a pro-active obsolescence strategy on-site in line with the BS-7000-5

ILS Manager for THALES AIR DEFENCE (Paris) for MARTHA defence programs

Responsible for all logistic activities for the MARTHA 1 & 2 programs

ILS Manager face to the French Army Direction (DGA)

Manager of the different logistic batch managers (LSA/LSAR, Provisioning, RAMS, training and documentation, configuration management)

Project manager responsible for commercial and logistic proposal (and codicils)

Write and approve logistic plans : ILS plans, LSA plan, LSAR specification, RAMS plans, Documentation plan, Training plans.

ILS & RAMS consultant in LGM Consultants (Paris).

I have worked as a consultant for a wide variety of companies :

 

THALES AIR DEFENCE (ILS Manager assistant), RVI Défense (RAMS Manager), SAGEM (criticality analysis of missile softwares according to the DO-178B standard)

 

CEA (LMJ project : ILS Manager), THALES AIR DEFENCE (RAMT request for bid for NATO Radars "Master"), RAMS French Institute (ISdF) : member of the reliability softwares' workshop

 

 

From 1997 to 2000

Engineering professionnal training period in Giat Industries in partnership with "Ingénieurs 2000" - Grande École of Engineering (3 x 6 months), Versailles (France)

ILS engineer in the Logistic Department with the following missions :

§         thesis about the integration of a Life Cycle Cost model into the LSA unit

§         I have created a LCC methodology and I've applied it on the Leclerc tank ; then, I've taught it to LSA engineers

§         I have built method sheets for the LSA engineers (RAMT studies, RCM, maintenance plan, LORA, IPL)

§         I have made RAMT studies about an electronic support and test equipement of the Leclerc tank for the French Army Direction
