Don't be afraid of the devil

This level is strange: "bad" extras are actually good, and "good" extras hide diseases. Get poison and you will become invincible; get a disease and you'll have extra bombs or extra range; but if you get stars, you will get an infection. So don't be afraid of the devil, it can sometimes be a good friend. Oh, I had nearly forgotten: there is a special shrink !
