On February 2000 the Mauritius Telecom has issued for the first time a remote memory set of cards for use with all types of phones public & residential ,with cellular phones sold by Cellplus( its sister company) called Passepartout, see other page on Remote memory cards. The Passepartout cards are even RARER than Chip cards from Mauritius!!!
